My stay at Bens L'Hotel Palermo was mostly good. I loved the vibrant location with all the restaurants and bars, and the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. However, I did have a bit of trouble with the hot water taking longer to come through. Overall, it was a charming experience in a lovely boutique hotel.
